Having the opportunity of experiencing different cultures in recent years has deepened my interest in language and linguistic ambiguity (the quality of a language that makes a written text open to multiple interpretations).
This is a compendium of ambiguous words from daily life use that show how the language we speak creates social realities and shapes our experiences of the world.
